Just as Nemu was charged at she moved her left palm out to block his punch at her. Answering his punch with her own right hook to his face her punch with more force behind it then last time. *When the Lieutenant throws her punch, I raise my left arm and a black barrier appears that blocks the attack, and then I raise my right leg and throw the bottom of my foot straight at her stomach* As Nemus right fist hit the black barrier she used it to push back a foot, also rising her opposite leg to clash with his and in so blocking his kick. |

Nemu used the lost momentum from the push on her leg, she made the leg she stood on collapse under her so she fell on her back under the white beam. |

Near the northern entrance to Hecta-City a man clad in a thick black overcoat, his feet shown underneath the coat with metal clad boots and thick leather gauntlets with similar metal plating stepped forth upon the city streets. His vision looking around the city for any signs of, out of the ordinary, activities. Feeling nothing out of the ordinary for the vicinity he was within, the males body stepped forward as the wind began to pick up near by. This was not a sign of natures calling, instead of was of his own will the wind had reacted, being pulled to his being like a mighty vacuum, flowing around his form causing his clothing to lash out with the weather violently and loudly.
His right foot had stepped forward, but instead of meeting the cold hard ground of concrete, the wind had moved at a speed and density high enough to create a pocket in which he could step upon. This achieved by forcing the wind to move to his location, thinning the air around him, and then condensing it upon the soles of his feet. This was followed up as his left foot met the same situation, and with both upon the platforms of wind, he rose up slowly into the sky, using the wind to propel himself higher and higher into the air, until all below was but a mere tapestry before his eyes. Taking in the small details of the city from this platform of win he awaited for the first sign of something interesting to unfold, so that he may better amuse himself with the activities this city held for him to enjoy.
