Village of Chea

Phantom pulls back the bolt action again the ground under his feet started to tremble and the blade started to ripple. Then energies of earth and wind starts to mix together as his shadow starts to constrict around his body forming a skin tight film over his body His shirt fades away leaving him in only his pants his boots disappeared with his shirt. The tattoo, the symbol of the wielder of void started to glow crimson on his chest contrasting his now onyx black skin. His long hair slowly turned back white but grew longer covering over his back and shoulders, his bangs covering his eyes. the energies from his weapon started to cause the environment to stir wildly. "Hope this works..."

An ominous smog would rise in the village, a new presence was felt within the planet, causing a deep disruption within the planets core, a week earthquake occurred for a short period of time, it caused the smog to fade. In the middle of the village there stood a man. He seemed to have a strong built body, his skin was dark. His eyes were glowing green like emeralds, his black hair was swirled by the wind. The man carried the name of Rukku. He looked around the village, inspecting it for anyone around "I wonder, how many inhabitants does this earth have..." He muttered to himself....

The attack missing as Phantom jumped back, his eyes glued to Phantom's weapon as he jumped back (Phantom's left) to dodge the the initial shot as Phantom went to land. Pushing from his right foot to hump Iliza launched into the air, forward towards his opponent, his body spinning in a clockwise manner, his right arm swinging behind him, his left leg kicking out and under his body as he twisted in the air and drop kicked the end of Phantom's weapon with the right foot towards the ground, his right palm falling onto the ground and pushing off ot it as he slammed his right foot down hard into the earth as his body pushed forward with the momentum, his body continuing to spin as he kicked from Iliza's left with his left foot extended in the clockwise spin to kick his left foot into his opponents hands to disarm the anti armor weapon, pushing his upper body upwards off the ground during the motion, as his left foot slid down after passing his opponents hand's location despite success or failure of disarming his opponent, merely following the momentum of his motions to gain speed and power, his left foot lowering quickly to the ground, hitting the earth as his right foot ascended to travel his body forward once more, this time slamming his right foot as it twisted around like a dancers between his both of his opponents legs, his upper body continued the twisting momentum as he set his left palm to his right fist and forced all the momentum into this right elbow, pushing with his left hand for increased forced for a short range crushing blow to Phantom's chest. (Everything he touched would feel itself burn and feel instant death only on the surface by turning the affected area to ash/dust. ex, a hit to our chest won't kill you, but cause everything hit to turn to dust on the surface, going deeper the longer the blow is pressed to you)

Iliza's body stood there watching the technique. A silver aura pulsed from his body as a seemingly invisible force expelled from his body in all directions, an omnidirectional decel spreading out within a 15 meter radius of his body. Everything caught inside would be nearly halted in it's wake to a mere 1/20 of it's normal speed. From here he would combine the technique with his own self accelate, simultaneously pushing his body forward through the decelerated time barrier at a hastened speed, which counters the decel to make him move at a normal human pace charging towards phantom's body. This combined with his third technique, the passive destruction skill imbued by Gospel which negated his Decel from slowing his form, as well as negating the friction of space against his body as he dodged to the side of the knife approaching him, bypassing the opponents quadruple giga before it was launched by moving around the weapon, and sliding his right elbow in to his right side, slamming his right foot to the ground, his body snapping to the left slightly as his right fist was pressed to this opponents solar plexus, the technique hitting initially at a blow of 5% of it's actual force into it's opponent, which actually measures to the force of a normal speed punch due to Accelates interference. As this technique collided, the prior Decel field and Self Accel field would dispell, releasing the full force of Iliza's punch with a seemingly 20x power increase directly onto Phantom's Solar plexus, the Decel having held his body still due to the initial blow having been incurred so the techniques power would seemingly blow through his body with the full force, while the 5% force is what had pushed him back, seemingly double striking his opponent with the latter impact holding the true force of the strike.

Iliza would breath heavily, heavily fatigued and exhausted most likely, but his face did not seem to show it, almost as if he was perfectly fine. His right hand after the technique would be covered in blood, mangled and deformed. His bone actually stabbing out through his right elbow, jagged and sticking inches out of his body, and his right shoulder now broken as well from recoil of his punch. Despite all of his he seemed fine, much like he had at the beginning of his fight. The man stood up his his opponent, looking down at Phantom as his pupils slowly seemed to close, his vision going entirely black. His lips moved to speak with the same calm demeanor, but his voice was harshed, as if his vocal cords had been nearly destroyed, blood flowing out of his mouth. "It would seem that my body is at it limits. Congratulate yourself Phantom, you have successfully outlasted me and defeated me." He spoke, facing the direction of Phantom's body without moving. "I can safely say you were worth every move, it is a shame I won't remember this match."

Smiled to him as he looked to the ground, his left index writing into the dirt "Decel, Accel, Solar plexus, attempt to destroy heart, failed, requires training" With that he stood up and looked to his opponent with a smile, "Good bye Phantom, it was a pleasure" His eyes closed before reopening them, the final tic in his eye reappearing before slowly vanishing, with this his access to Temporal abilities would be sealed for 24 hours. His body became engulfed in a bright white light, circles with roman numerals appeared around his body, before quickly winding the numbers back like a clock. His formed seeming to repair itself quickly, and within seconds, his body was glowing azure blue light, his body in mint condition, and a look of rage in his eyes. His memories of the encounter lost as he looked upon Phantom's broken visage. "I see you are no more then I had imagined." His eyes looking down to the ground, as he read allowed the writing. "It seems I have more work to do." His eyes lifted back to Phantom, his rage seeming to subside as he smiled at Phantom. "But they say nothing is more dangerous then a cornered jackel."
