yeah the fucking thing chases you through a battleship and then you have to fight it on the deck. loved it especially since I played FF8 first

i never got to beat ff8 got to second disc but no further than that. Last fight i remember was the damn thing that was in the garden that looks like Jabba's cousin

yeah it hit the enemies with % of max health. at lvl 15 it does 15% at 100 it does 100% but can't break 9999

little secret about him if you draw gravity and double off him and double cast gravity on him he uses curaga on you
