Because he can't leave his own dimension, he uses others to carry out his work, the only two being Silent and Alack. His power is Complete Control. Within his realm, he can do anything he wants. As such, he sets a few rules for the fight that takes place. Those rules completely govern everything that happens in the dimension. There are several loopholes that he manipulates in his own rules, such as his rule of "Each combatant is allowed one ability to use." Since there is only one type of Energy in The Other Side, that being Aer, most people can't use their Energy based abilities. He can also loop hole that rule by choosing Mirror Image, which just gives him access to any technique he knows. Over all, as a person, he's pretty child-like, because he takes the form of one. |
